of Southern Vancouver Island and the Southern Gulf Islands for over 10
years.
Greg had been a visitor to the area since the 60's as the son of a boating family and fulfilled a life-long dream by uprooting a successful Real Estate practice in the Vancouver area and moving to Pender Island as a Managing Broker for a franchised Real Estate company in the Southern Gulf Islands in 1996. Greg began his Gulf Islands career by commuting between his home on Pender Island to his office on Mayne Island by ferry, his own boat, and sometimes by kayak.
Living in the Gulf Islands offered Greg the opportunity to get to know the land and its people, and has become an invaluable resource to newcomers and old-timers alike. Community service saw Greg become the 1st President of a revived Pender Island Chamber of Commerce, and other positions sitting on the Boards of various community groups.
Greg became the only Realtor in the Gulf Islands to attain the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver's (REBGV) Medallion Club status by achieving an astounding level of sales volume that placed him in the top 10% of all Realtors in the REBGV for many years running.
