Lorne KlipperLaurel and I moved to the Peninsula in 1991, to raise our three sons Steven, Miles and Reid. We watched our family grow in a safe and friendly community surrounded by the most spectacular scenery in the world.

I have been fortunate and enjoyed a variety of work experiences, all of which helped form my business philosophy.

As the owner operator of a contracting company for over twenty years, I learned the importance of paying attention to details and following through on commitments. Above all, a successful business is the result of satisfied clients.

I view negotiating offers as the most important aspect of buying or selling property, maybe second to finding the right home. As the business manager of a new car dealership, negotiating was the main day to day activity.

Product manager with a research & development company required the promotion and sales of products via trade shows and demonstrations, globally. Marketing products into a variety of countries with diverse clients taught me the importance of listening and be sure all parties have the same understanding.
