Louise's
18 years experience in corporate and contract law, subdivisions, conveyancing
and mort- gages have contributed to her success selling Real Estate. Since
receiving her Real Estate license in 1992, she has continued her education
through the University of Victoria and the University of British Columbia,
and the Canadian and British Columbia Real Estate Associations. She has
successfully completed courses in Real Estate Investment and Taxation,
Project Marketing, Listing and Selling Apartment Buildings, An Overview
of the Victoria Development Industry, Legal Updates, Installation of Septic
Systems and others.
Louise has kept 'in touch' with today's technological advances by attending courses and spending and average of 1/2 day each week on a Victoria Real Estate Board Task Force responsible for choosing and implementing a new computer system for the multiple Listing Service.
Of particular interest to Louise is New Home Construction. Using her experience and enthusiasm Louise has gathered together a team of professionals to assist buyers each step of the way from finding the 'perfect lot' to moving into their dream home.
