With roots dating back over 100 years in real estate, Pemberton Holmes Sidney Ltd. was established at its Beacon Avenue location in 1987. Holmes Realty was established in 1999, when Michele Holmes branched off from the larger company. Her desire was to operate a smaller, more intimate business with a deep focus on client care. Holmes Realty has since become a leader in Victoria real estate and is recognized for operating with the highest ethical standards.
